Sale of tickets for all airlines via Start Amadeus (IATA BSP)
Issue of PTA
Seatreservations
Handling of electronic tickets
Name changes on day of departure
Cashier Services (e.g. Reservation Change)
Collection of Excess Baggage
Issue of MCO´s and EMDs
Issue of manual tickets
Issue of ID tickets
Handling of Lost Documents
Issue of FIMs
Handling of irregularities in case of cancellations, reroutings, etc.
Monthly reports of collected excess baggage, statements MCO, etc.
